Job Description:

Provide on-call support for IBM Websphere Message Broker (IIB), MQ, Cypress, RVS file transfer and Tivoli workload scheduler. Monitor and resolve trouble tickets within appropriate time frame. Perform project and code migrations using automation tools. Perform maintenance and monitoring of website with respect to downtimes. Provide application production support using monitoring tools including Dynatrace and Tivoli monitoring. Perform platform maintenance, environment support and troubleshooting as well as internal and external web servers on various platforms. Automate application install, uninstall and application enhancements using shell scripts. Perform migration of applications to new servers and cloud for performance enhancement and ease of infrastructure maintenance. Perform tuning of Websphere environment for availability, scalability, maintainability and WLM (Work Load Management) using cloning and clustering including horizontal and vertical cloning.

Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Master – Computer Science or Engineering

Experience:  One (1) year
