Data Analyst

Job Duties: Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and modelers to comprehend client requirements and facilitate support for client operations. Use Tableau Prep to clean and transform raw data into a structured and usable format. Utilize Tableau Prep’s capabilities to handle complex data relationships and prepare datasets for Tableau visualizations. Provide development in SAS Programming including Macros and stored processes as well as orchestrating SAS data integration jobs. Provide hands-on data integration, data cleaning and performing exploratory data analysis; collaborate with subject matter experts on SAS datasets. Perform research and analysis to offer qualitative and quantitative insights, guiding and directing projects and initiatives to adhere to client standards. Troubleshoot data connection problems, database connectivity, data refresh and scheduling problems in Tableau Server or Tableau Desktop. Perform connecting to various data sources including Snowflake, Salesforce and Dremio to extract and transform data for visualization. Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards, integrating data from diverse sources. Use SQL to create reports and visualizations including charts and graphs to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Develop Tableau interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs related to overages, Shortages and Damages. Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake cloud Datawarehouse for business analysis and reporting. Improvise existing Tableau workbooks by completing performance analysis, performance monitoring and implementing best practices in the development of dashboards. Perform bug fixing, documenting and moving applications through different environments. Use project management tools and software including Salesforce front door/JWM to track project tasks and timelines.

Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Master – Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience:  One (1) year
