Business Analyst

Convert process flow to spaghetti flow and context diagrams for technical developers for application specifications and design flow. Provide analysis on application governance and compliance issues. Perform critical evaluation on application security, legal and compliance requirement evaluations including data transfer security. Complete non-functional requirements in Business Requirements Document. Document business and functional requirements. Write multiple use cases and design wireframes based on the project needs. Document data requirements and report specifications. Drive design and development process with application developers. Create change requests for design changes. Ensure project delivery timelines are on schedule. Ensure change requests are created timely with necessary approvals and revisions to BSR. Support UAT testing conducted with business users. Resolve queries throughout implementation and go-live. Use Windows, HTML, Citrix, Unicenter SD, Jira and Confluence.

Education: Bachelor – Business Analytics or Business Administration (will accept foreign education equivalent); will accept Bachelor equivalent based on combination of education as determined by professional evaluation service; will also accept any equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience that would qualify someone to perform the job duties
