Job Duties: Provide day-today support including tuning of SQL/PLSQL, performance tuning, database auditing, managing user groups, database security, space monitoring, monitoring and scheduling jobs. Create new databases, new schemas with application users, roles, privileges and tablespaces. Perform on-premises data migration to AWS Cloud using golden gate tool. Perform compliance remediation for production and non-production databases. Provide on-call support and resolve any issue which impact the business and any other application related performance issues. Decommission the on premises databases once they are moved to Cloud. Install, configure and manage Oracle databases. Monitor infrastructure capacity. Provide capacity analysis and recommend performance improvement solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for database changes according to functional requirements. Maintain security access on all databases, golden gate replication from source to destination. Use SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Script, Xml Script, Oracle, Mysql,Postgresql, MS OLAP Services Manager, Red Hat Enterprise Linux RHEL, Sun Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Quest Spotlight, Profiler, Performance Monitor, RMAN, DB Smart, TOAD, SQL*Loader, OEM Grid, SQL Developer, Putty. Win SCP, TKPROF, Liquibase, JIRA, Bitbucket, Github.

Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor – Computer Science or Information Systems (will accept foreign education equivalent)

Experience: Five (5) years
